Caroline Coy
Hey everyone!! My name is Caroline Coy and I am a junior here at Ohio State. I am majoring in marketing and have a minor in nonprofit management. I’m super excited to be a part of the UBWA Blog Committee, as I have always had a passion for creative writing. As a business major, you don’t always get a ton of opportunities to utilize this passion, so I am thrilled to be able to further develop those skills through this committee! I am currently interning at a local nonprofit, where I help out with their digital and social media marketing, as well as some basic content creation. I feel as though I will be able to use the skills attained through my internship projects to help make the UBWA blog inspiring, engaging, and something you will look forward to reading. I cannot wait to help contribute towards UBWA’s content to engage current and (hopefully) future members.

Cassie Kobel
My name is Cassie Kobel, and I am a first year student in the Max M. Fisher College of Business. I am currently majoring in accounting and I plan on taking on a minor as well, which will be in Spanish. Since I have always had a passion for writing, I figured the blog committee would be the perfect way to showcase this passion of mine, as well as be able to do what I love more frequently than I otherwise would. With my creativity as well as my hard-working mindset and punctuality, I will make sure to always give my all in this position. This upcoming year, I will bring nothing but high energy, powerful, and informative pieces to the UBWA Blog. It is important to share this common goal of empowering women and I could not be more excited for what’s to come… let’s get writing!

Lea Dunn
My name is Lea Dunn and I am a second year Marketing major here at Ohio State with minors in Media and Society as well as Consumer Sciences. I am so excited to be included in the blog committee this year and can’t want to challenge my creative writing skills. I have always had a great appreciation for all things reading and writing, so I want to take this opportunity to pursue my passions outside of my major. I hope to incite meaningful conversations about the development of women’s role in the business world, as well as keep up with the most important advancements in society today. My main goal is to develop myself as a professional while empowering women!

Erin Litzer
Hi I’m Erin Litzer! I’m a third year student studying Marketing with minors in Spanish and Film Studies. I wanted to join the blog committee because I love writing and I want to incorporate it into a future career as a screenwriter or a film critic. I also thought the blog would be a great way to be more involved in UBWA and to meet new people in the club! I love writing in my free time, whether it’s stories, screenplays, poems, etc. Last summer, I was a marketing intern for a non-profit where I helped write and edit press releases and other promotional content. Through the blog, I hope to get some credible published writing samples that I can use for a future portfolio, and I want to improve my writing and editing skills. I hope this year’s blog committee can work together and write some really interesting and helpful articles about empowering women, personal growth, and much much more! I am very excited and honored to be a part of this committee.

Allie Caldwell
My name is Allie Caldwell, and I am a first-year Logistics major and German minor. I joined the UBWA Blog Committee because of my long-standing passion for writing and interest in business news. I love reading about new developments in business, especially those related to supply chain and women in leadership. In high school, I sought out opportunities that would help me hone my writing skills and connect me with my local literary community. Through my local library's teen advisory board, I created programming to help kids learn to love reading and writing. This year, I hope to contribute to UBWA by highlighting relevant news in the ever-changing business world.
