UBWA President, Jillian Kemper
Hey everyone! My name is Jillian Kemper, and I am so thrilled to serve as the UBWA President this year. I am a junior studying Operations Management, and I am originally from Groveport, Ohio. UBWA has completely transformed the way that I look at myself as a leader, given me so many opportunities to develop myself, and empowered in ways I never thought possible. This organization has not just provided me with self-development but with such a strong community that I value so highly. My aim this coming year is to continue that development and community for all students that want to be a part of the movement. I am so excited to work on a dynamic and ambitious team of 10 other incredible women this year. I look forward to continuing the energy in this organization and seeing what UBWA accomplishes this year!

Senior Vice President, Madison Shimborske
Hello! My name is Madison Shimborske and I will be graduating in May 2021 with a degree in Information Systems and a minor in Studio Art. I am very excited to serve as the Senior Vice President on the executive board this year, leading weekly General Body meetings, working with our small business and non-profit partners, and supporting the work of the executive board. This will be my second year on the executive board and it has been so rewarding to give back to an organization that has given so much to me. As the VP of Corporate Relations last year, I was able to learn a lot of valuable skills that will help me in giving my all to the SVP role. UBWA has been a very meaningful part of my college experience these past few years and I am extremely passionate about giving others the experience I had. UBWA has convinced me that I belong in business and I can't wait to help provide other members with the confidence and empowerment I was given. When I'm not in UBWA or class, I love reading, going to concerts, taking pictures, and being outside. I'm excited to see what this year holds and I'm honored to be able to serve as your Senior Vice President.

This is my third year since joining UBWA, which has been one of the best decisions I have made in college. I have advanced myself personally and professionally to give me the confidence I need to be successful in the business field. I am also part of the professional business fraternity Pi Sigma Epsilon and I am a financial coach for Scarlet and Gray Financial at the Wellness Center. I love getting outside, drinking lots of coffee, shopping, and meeting new people. There are so many great inspirational women I have met throughout my time here and I cannot wait to meet many more of you! I am looking forward to a great year full of lots of empowerment, learning, and fun! Please reach out if you have any questions or want to chat.

VP of Alumni Relations, Autumn Crum
Hi everyone! My name is Autumn Crum and I am currently a sophomore majoring in finance. Coming from a small town in rural Ohio, I have been able to find a strong sense of community in UBWA. This organization of up and coming businesswomen has brought me endless opportunities to learn from successful women in their careers and other members of the club throughout my first year at Ohio State, and I am so excited to serve as the VP of Alumni Relations. With that being said, I am eager to connect our UBWA alumni with our current members to share their great advice, wisdom, knowledge and experiences. I hope to perpetuate the wonderful experience I’ve had with this positive and uplifting organization and continue to see UBWA prosper.

VP of Special Events, Julie Redman
Hi there! I transferred to Ohio State after my freshman year from a small college, and one of the most positive experiences I have had since this big change was joining UBWA. UBWA is the place where I have been able to find women who have helped me reach my professional goals while creating friendships that I know will last long after college. I hope for the 2020-2021 year other women can have a similar experience where UBWA has played a positive and impactful role in their lives, just as it did in mine! Lastly, I am a senior studying marketing who is passionate about all things data analytics to digital marketing, I would love to chat and meet members so never hesitate to reach out.
