President, Gauri Shah
Hi everyone! My name is Gauri Shah and I am a junior studying finance from Centerville, Ohio! I’m so excited to be serving as UBWA’s President for the 2021-2022 school year! I enjoy working out, trying out local restaurants and coffee shops, and traveling. Joining UBWA was the best decision I made freshman year and it has been so incredibly rewarding! Being a part of this organization has helped me grow personally and professionally, showed me leadership skills I didn’t know I had, and empowered me to continue growing in to the best person I can be be. I have met many amazing and inspirational people and can’t wait to keep making more connections and an impact in other’s lives! I’m looking forward to all the growth we will experience as an organization and continuing to further our mission!
Senior Vice President, Jillian Kemper
Hello everyone! My name is Jillian Kemper, and I could not be more excited to serve as your Senior Vice President for this coming school year. I am a senior from Groveport, Ohio studying Operations Management with a minor in Human Nutrition. UBWA has been the most rewarding experience of my college career, and I look forward to being able to bring in empowering speakers, companies, and experiences for the organization. Outside of UBWA, I am a part of BLF and Fisher Ambassadors, and I love cooking, essential oils, running, and all things wellness. I am extremely passionate about this organization, and I look forward to seeing everyone's faces this school year!
Treasurer, Skyler Bader
Hi everyone! My name is Skylar Bader, and I am a junior studying Accounting from Baltimore, Ohio. This is my third year in UBWA, and I am so excited to expand my horizons and fill the role as Treasurer for the following school year. Ever since I attended my first meeting my freshman year, UBWA has felt like a home to me, and I have had the opportunity to meet some amazing women while growing professionally and personally. A long with this position I am also helping to co-leading the mentorship program and can't wait to get to know and build relationships with our new and continuing members. In my free time I also love to read, paint, go for walks and hang out with my friends. I am looking forward to this school year and am always down for a chat so feel free to reach out anytime!

Hi ladies! My name is Bella Ewry, and I’m a junior studying accounting. I’m from Wapakoneta, Ohio and will be graduating in May 2023. I love the community that had been built in UBWA , and I love the welcoming atmosphere that everyone brings to the organization. It’s a great place to learn and grow as a professional woman and generally great person! I can’t wait to connect more with different members and alumni through this year. I’m hoping to see many of you in person next year and continue growing this organization. Hey y’all! My name is Caroline Grady, and I am thrilled to serve as the VP of Corporate Relations this year! I am a junior from Hilliard, Ohio studying International Business on a Pre-Law track. UBWA has been a safe place for me since my first week at Ohio State. I love the community that UBWA fosters and the culture for genuine relationships. This organization has empowered me and I’m excited to be apart of the leadership to hopefully empower others. I love fitness, traveling, cooking, and being outdoors. VP of Marketing, Ami Brannan
Hi everyone! My name is Ami Brannan and I am beyond excited to be the VP of Marketing this year! I am a sophomore studying Marketing, from Athens, OH. In my free time I love to play tennis, read, go on walks, and get boba with my friends! Joining UBWA my freshman year was truly of the best decisions I made. Through UBWA I have made amazing friends, gained valuable mentors, and learned from some incredible businesswomen. Being a part of UBWA has been such an amazing experience and I am so excited to be able to give back to this organization for all of the existing and new members. I am so excited to meet and get to know all of you this year! :)

Hi everyone! My name is Autumn Crum and I am currently a junior majoring in marketing. Coming from a small town in rural Ohio, I have been able to find a strong sense of community in UBWA. This organization of up and coming business woman has brought me endless opportunities to learn from successful women in their careers and other members of the club, and I am so excited to serve as the VP of Member Relations. With that being said, I am eager to have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our members this coming school year. VP of Philanthropy, Sofie Clough
Hey everyone! My name is Sofie Clough and I am a sophomore double majoring in International Business and Sociology with a minor in Music, Media, and Enterprise. Coming from Minneapolis, UBWA has truly become my home away from home especially throughout this past year. UBWA has given me an incredible community of supportive women who I know I will be able to count on no matter what. As your VP of Philanthropy, I look forward to helping you all make a positive impact on the well-being of everyone in and outside of the greater Columbus community to ensure that all women are empowered in their daily lives. Outside of UBWA, I love going to concerts, taking pictures, and working out. VP of Professional Development, Gretchen Stommel
Hello! My name is Gretchen Stommel, I am a sophomore studying Finance and Information Systems from Cincinnati, Ohio. I am so excited to be able to give back to UBWA as this year's VP of Professional Development. I am so excited to host Business Bootcamp and hopefully some other fun events as well - whether or not we are virtual or in person! I love baking, skiing, hiking, sailing and so much more. I can't wait to get to know all of you better and help build business skills you can use for many years to come!
VP of Programming, Kelly Lao
Hi everyone! My name is Kelly Lao, and I am from Birmingham, Alabama. Currently, I am a junior majoring in Marketing along with two minors: Media Production and Analysis & Media, Music, and Enterprise. I am extremely excited to take on the role of VP of Programming this year. This organization is truly unlike any other. I have gained many strong relationships as well as confidence in myself and my abilities. I really hope you all share a similar experience! My goal is to get to know each and every single one of you as well as help you create life-long relationships within the organization by planning fun and engaging social events. Hi everyone! My name is Tori Holzwarth, and I am beyond excited to serve as UBWA's VP of Special Events this year! I can't wait to be able to plan some of UBWA's signature events and continue to expand my relationships with members and exec after my role as last year's VP of Community Service. I am a junior marketing major with a women's, gender, and sexuality studies minor and Global Option in Business transcript designation from Twinsburg, OH. I also work in the Office of Global Business as a Fisher Global Ambassador and am a part of the Honors Contract Program. I have a passion for helping others whether that be mentoring, volunteering, or just being there to talk to. I love traveling, women's empowerment, food, yoga, music, adventures, and playing games.
