Elections for the 2019-2020 UBWA Executive Board are Coming Up!
The process includes submitting an application and also giving a speech in front of UBWA members. The only requirement to run for an executive board position is you need to have been an active member for the autumn 2018 semester. The election process is as follows:
- Submit this application by March 8th at 11:59pm. This application will be reviewed by a selection committee that will determine whether you move on to the second round. You will be notified by Wednesday, March 13th if you have moved on to the second round.
- For the second round, you will be giving a speech in front of UBWA members. The elections will take place during our normal meeting time on Wednesday, March 20th. During the elections process, you will be running to be on the general UBWA executive board. The 10 people with the highest votes will be placed into their positions by the current and future presidents & senior vice presidents, using input from your application and speech to place you appropriately. - Senior Vice President
- VP of Member Relations
- VP of Professional Development
- VP of Corporate Relations
- VP of Programming
- VP of Community Service
- VP of Special Events
- VP of Marketing
